How is Web Design Different from Graphic Design?
There’s a lot of things that you have to consider when you’re designing for a website. You’re not just trying to make the website look good but nowadays you have to consider the mobile view. You have to consider the tablet view, the desktop view. So you know – web designers are designing on a grid which some print designers might not be aware of that. You’re also making sure that the fonts are web friendly and that they render well on the web. When you’re picking out colors, you need to make sure that they’re web friendly. So there’s just a lot of different factors that you wouldn’t take into consideration if you were a print designer.
