When selecting a proposal management system for your sales process, there’s a lot to consider. Mikel is sharing with us the top 3 things to watch for when evaluating proposal solutions.
The Benefits of a Proposal Management System
Hello this is Mikel Bruce with Tiny Frog Technologies. We’ve recently launched a new proposal management system we call Proposal Bildr and there’s quite a few other proposal management systems or proposal building systems on the market. One of the benefits of these systems is it enables you to easily build and construct a nice proposal based on a template. So that you can present something to your prospective clients that is effective and you want to be easy for you to use.
So one of the couple of things that we recommend considering when you’re evaluating proposal management systems one of which is analytics. It’s relatively important when you send a proposal out to your prospective clients to be able to measure and track whether or not they viewed it and when they viewed it. That way it gives you a really good indicator in terms of when to follow up with them because the follow up is probably as important as any other piece in the sales process. So once again the analytics are a very important part of when you’re researching different proposal management systems.
The other thing is the quality of the design. When you’re presenting a proposal to your prospective client most people are are driven by visual cues and are inspired by something that’s attractive and inspiring. So I strongly recommend using a system that has a really nice aesthetic to it. We only do custom managed proposals so when we’re building a proposal for our clients it’s just like a custom website. It has the exact same process and it’s very customized and designed to match and integrate with their brand.
So those are just a couple things to consider when you’re evaluating proposal systems. If you have any questions on our proposal builder or any questions on our proposal management system, please feel free to give us a call. This is Mikel with Tiny Frog Technologies.
