We get a lot of calls from people who are having trouble with their website developer or designer. We particularly notice the problem occurs when someone is working with an individual. Often times that individual is very hard to reach and/or at times that person is very difficult to deal with. Dealing with an individual developer/designer versus a web development company, may be frustrating and delay you because if something happens to that person, or if that person gets more work than he/she can handle, he/she may lapse in communicating with you, and that can cause major problems and delays.The advantage to working with a web development company is that a company can buffer a client from experiencing those issues. For instance we have five Project Managers on staff and should one PM be unavailable, another can step in to answer questions you may have. As a small company we’re able to work with clients on a smaller budget, and at the same time we can create an environment which can be much more efficient and pleasant than working with and individual.
