Our Process

1
Step One
After reviewing a questionnaire that addressed United Way’s goals & services, we kicked off the project with a Discovery meeting to dive deeper into the rebrand goals.
2
Step Two
Our UX web strategist conducted in-depth research & discussions with the clients to identify the primary visitor types & website conversion objectives.
3
Step Three
Equipped with these insights, our web strategist presented 6 key page wireframes to the client, outlining the foundation of the website’s structure, navigation, & content.

The Design

Once the wireframes were finalized, one of our website graphic designers dove into the details of the website rebrand with the United Way team, aiming to better understand the visual identity and emotional values of the organization.
Our designer then created 6 bold, custom page designs to bring the client’s new visual identity to life & make it as easy as possible for visitors to find what they need.

The Outcome
“TinyFrog’s project management was top-tier. Throughout all the phases of our project, they delivered items on time, maintained communication, and responded to every one of our needs in a timely fashion.
Honestly, we were impressed by everything within our experience. From kick-off calls to working with our team throughout the different phases, they were so helpful and communicative. I never felt like we were alone in this project, and felt I could reach out with any questions I had, big or small. It was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had working with a vendor, especially when it comes to a stressful project like creating a new website.”
