Hello this is Mikel TinyFrog Technologies I’d like to talk a little bit about being advocates for your website visitors. One of the things that we really focus on when we’re building a website is who are we building the website for. We’re not building it for us, we typically not building it for our clients, were building it for our clients web visitors. So we like to say when we take on a project we like to be advocates for your visitors. So what that means is we like to put ourselves in the shoes of your visitors.
We like to identify:
– Who your visitors are.
– What they’re looking to achieve on the website.
– What they’re hoping to accomplish.
– What their needs are.
– What the roles, the tasks, the things they’ll be doing when they’re on the website.
When we do that we can really take a step back and look at the website through the lens of your visitor. So it’s really important when building a website to step outside the bubble that you’re in or you’re web development companies in and look at the website project from the perspective of your visitor. So we like to say once again when we work with our clients we’re really advocates for your visitors.
