I am a software developer here to talk to you about Akismet which is a spam blocking plugin for the WordPress platform. We build everything on WordPress because it’s a very widely used system and Akismet is installed on almost every site we make. It’s very helpful for blocking spams submission through forms, through comments and through any system of your website.
So to install it, you go to the plug-in, it walks you through it you have to sign up for a license key which is also done through the website for you. And then it just begins to work behind the scenes as forms are submitted to block spam, hackers attempts to break your contact forms on your website and pretty much any other you know malicious attack on a form through WordPress site.
