Hi, I’m Maria and I’m here to talk to you about the importance of a story brand.
Are you confused as to what direction you should take your company? Creating a story brand script can help you with a few things. Number one, it can help you organize your thoughts. Number two, it can also help you simplify your marketing. And thirdly it can help you grow your business.
So how is it that you create a story brand? The first thing that you need to do is actually start with a character. Who are your visitors? Who’s your audience? Define that first so that you know who it is that you’re targeting. Once you’ve defined who the character is or who your visitors are the next part is to define your solution. You want to dig deep here, you want to think about your visitors in terms of the pain points that they’re going to have or the problems that they may be facing. You want to make sure that the solution that you provide is really addressing those pain points and really connecting with your visitors. The next thing that you want to do is you want to become a guide.
Now that you’ve established who your visitors are and what solution you’re going to be providing to them, you want to express empathy and you want to demonstrate authority. Think about how you want to see your customers succeed in being able to have a solution that is going to meet their pain points.
The next thing is to give them a plan from start to finish. It’s beyond just how you’re going to support them after they’ve taken that action or how you’re going to support them through the entire process of the action or even the engagement that they’re going to have with you as an organization.
The last thing that you want to do is to challenge them to take action. If you don’t ask, they won’t do it. So make sure to have those clear call-to-actions or CTAs and get them to take that next step to engage with your company and to hopefully become a new customer or a new client.
