One of the best ways to connect with your visitors is actually by making sure that the content is not only good, but that it’s also written in first person point of view. First person point of view makes the visitors feel like they’re actually in your shoes.
They’re gonna feel connected. They’re gonna feel involved and they’re gonna feel heard. And when you have those elements essentially what you’ve done is you’ve built some trust and credibility with your visitors and they become loyal. And next thing you know, you have these visitors become new customers or new clients.
