Terms & Conditions
1.1. The proposed fees are to be paid monthly by credit card payment. Any future users and services requested of Tadpole Technologies shall be, if agreed, billable on next monthly payment.
1.2. Certain areas of the service allow you to upload information, text, and graphics. Publishing your content on the service is not a substitute for registering it with the U.S. Copyright Office.
1.3. This Agreement shall be construed under and in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and appropriate Venue for the adjudication of any dispute relating to this Agreement shall only be within San Diego County, California.
1.4. This agreement may be terminated with or without cause by either party by providing the other party at least 30 days written notice of cancellation.
